• Contains hate speech or discriminatory content
• Depicts minors in inappropriate contexts
• Was obtained without proper consent or authorization

We reserve the right to refuse service and remove content that violates these terms at our sole discretion.

Please be aware that uploaded photos and generated videos are stored in a publicly accessible format. While we handle your content responsibly, anyone with the direct URL can access your photos and videos. We recommend not uploading sensitive or private content. 5. Payment and Refunds

Payment is required before processing your photos. If you are not satisfied with the results, please contact our customer service within 7 days of delivery for a potential refund. Refunds are provided at our discretion based on the specific circumstances.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain all rights to your original photos. You grant us a limited license to process and animate your photos solely for the purpose of providing our service. The animated videos we create are for your personal use only.

Rights to Uploaded Content: By uploading photographs to our service, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the copyright to the photographs or have obtained all necessary permissions, licenses, or rights from the copyright owner to use, modify, and animate the photographs
• You have the legal right to grant us the license to process and animate the photographs
• The photographs do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party
• If the photographs contain images of identifiable individuals, you have obtained proper consent from these individuals for the use and animation of their likeness

We reserve the right to refuse service for any photographs where ownership or permission is in question. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the proper rights to the photographs you upload.
